How It Works
One fasting blood draw at Labcorp plus a simple urine collection (NTx). Results span:
Heart & Metabolism: ApoB, Lp(a), lipid panel, hs-CRP, homocysteine, uric acid, GGT, insulin, A1c.
Hormones & Transition: Estradiol (sensitive), progesterone, free + total testosterone (with SHBG), DHEA-S, LH, FSH, prolactin, cortisol, IGF-1.
Thyroid & Autoimmunity: TSH + Free T4, thyroid antibodies.
Bone & Musculoskeletal: N-Telopeptide (NTx, urine), PTH (Intact), vitamin D, ferritin, magnesium RBC.
Nutrients & Resilience: B12 & folate, zinc, copper, vitamin A, omega-3 & omega-6 fatty acid profile (EPA, DHA, AA, LA, ratios).
General Health: CBC and CMP.
Preparation
Fasting required: 8–12 hours (water only).
Urine sample: Collect the second morning void (empty bladder upon waking, then collect the next sample).
Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours before collection.
